Founding Author

Reckless Ink was founded by author Nicholas T. Kelly.  Kelly' desired a way to share incarcerated peoples stories of why they are locked up. Kelly's goal is to create blogs by sharing people's stories (mostly who are indigent) who are wrongfully convicted, overcharged, or didn't get a fair trial, in hopes of getting them the legal help they need and the Justice they deserve. It's unfortunate how the only story people in society hear are only stories from the media, which are often just theories by the prosecutor or detectives. These stories are printed even before the facts come out through testimony at trial, but are still in print today for people to read and to judge someone from. Kelly says "I want to give these people a voice through social media, and a platform to get their stories out there so people can hear the nonfiction version of their case."
